How do I signup?
Shoppers can sign up for the Shares program at http://www.escrip.com/shares/
Will my S.H.A.R.E.S. card continue to work?
No, beginning April 1, carrying a S.H.A.R.E.S. card will no longer be necessary, so the card will be obsolete. All you will need at checkout is to enter the phone number you used when you signed up for your eScrip account.
Can I get back credit?
During the transition period we will be happy to give you credit for your first missed transaction. We just need the transaction information from the receipt. Simply call 1-800-692-5710 and speak with a Customer Support Agent.
I cannot find the non-profit organization because I live further than 25 miles from its location?
While logged in on the eScrip website go to the Schools and Nonprofits section and click Edit. Under the search field select Advanced Search. Enter the Organization, their Zip Code, and change the search parameters to 25 Miles. If you still do not see the organization they may need to register with eScrip.
How does my organization sign up?
Schools and non-profit organizations with a 501(c)3 can sign up for the new Shares program at www.eScrip.com.
Will my organization need to sign up for eScrip if we participated in S.H.A.R.E.S?
Yes. Shares is now powered by eScrip. You can search to see if your organization is already enrolled or complete an enrollment form on the eScrip website.
Do I still need to pass out S.H.A.R.E.S. cards?
No. Beginning April 1, S.H.A.R.E.S. cards will no longer be necessary, so the card will be obsolete. This is a digital only program. Shoppers will use the program by entering their Phone ID number when checking out.
How do people select to support our school or organization?
New eScrip shoppers will select your organization through the online registration process. Existing eScrip shoppers will need to log into their account and add your organization, if they have not already designated your organization. So it’s important that you raise awareness of this change so you can get as many people shopping for your cause as possible!
How can my organization help enroll customers?
After the organization has been registered with eScrip you can use Power Registration to assist you with multiple sign-ups at meetings and events.
